I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

I hold a Ph.D. in Operations Management from INSEAD.

I am on the job market 2024-2025. Curriculum Vitae

My research investigates how firms strategically leverage technological innovation to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, promote social responsibility and improve lives of underserved communities.

I am particularly interested in frameworks that consider strategic factors in the adoption and utilization of technology.

I focus on responsibility issues in the diamond supply chain; on supply design in digital collectibles markets; on rural health access points for underserved communities; and on personalized recommendations in restaurants with digital menu.

I will be presenting at INFORMS Annual Meeting, Seattle, US
